****Covid Cancellation Policy 2021 Charter Season****
Any booking that must be canceled due to government enforced covid restrictions for 2021 will be refunded. Please note, if your fees were paid by credit card the refund will be less and admin fee of $25 plus any associated credit card fees. If the fee was paid by Interac your refund will be returned in full. Your refund will be processed within 72 hours of the booked charter date.
Alternatively you may re-book for a later date or year and receive a $100 credit towards a future booking.
Cancellations for reasons other than Covid mandated issues as above, will be handled by our normal Cancellation Policy shown below.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation for any reason after Foggy Point Fishing Charters has received your deposit, we will make every effort to rebook your party within the same season/year or for the ensuing year. Deposits are not refundable.
In the event of a cancellation after full payment is received, every effort will be made to rebook your charter during the same season or for the following year.
***We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance with trip cancellation coverage.***
Product Return Policy
With the sole exception of custom art, for which there is no return, any item purchased from Foggy Point may be returned within 30 days of purchase for full credit. The item must be returned in its original packaging and shipped prepaid to Foggy Point.
